The primary concern of the company is the presentation of the terms governing the rights and obligations of OIKADE to all of you who visit the website and its online store as well as your rights and obligations respectively and which aims to inform you and better serve you in your search and acquisition of the products you wish to buy either from the physical or from our online store.

The use of this website is subject to the terms listed below and constitutes a presumption that, as its visitors/users, you have studied, understood and accepted all the terms of use of this website.­­ If you do not agree with the terms of use of this, you shall not use the services and its content. This website and the online store belong to our company under the name "STAFIDA BROS GP" and the distinctive title "OIKADE", which has its registered office in Ilion, Attica (86 Idomeneos & 44 Ikarou, PO 131 22), GEMI number 003361401000, VAT number 099066296 -Tax Office Agioi Anargyroi (hereinafter referred to as "OIKADE").

Our company has registered the OIKADE trademark and maintains in full the rights to use this trademark, as defined and protected by law.­

3. Intellectual and industrial property rights

All content of the OIKADE website, including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts and generally all files of this site, is the intellectual property of OIKADE and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. For this reason, it is forbidden to be sold, copied, modified, republished, redistributed or imitated in whole or in part, unless the company expressly permits it.

4.Modifications

 The texts published on the website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information provided through this website. OIKADE may make improvements and/or modifications to the products described on the website at any time.

5.Personal Data - Collection - Processing - Privacy Statement

OIKADE has designed its website so that you can visit it without having to reveal your identity unless you wish to do so.

However, in order to start a transaction between us, it is necessary for you to disclose some of your personal data.­ When you place an order, we will ask you for your full name/business name, your email address, your address/headquarters, the address to which the sold products will be shipped if different from the previous one, telephone number, etc.

Under no circumstances, including the case of negligence, www.oikade.com.gr is not liable for any form of damage suffered by its user, which he/she undertakes on his/her own initiative and with knowledge of these terms.­

6. Transaction Security

 OIKADE does not store credit card numbers in any way. During the online payment, the user is transferred to an encrypted page of secure connection with SSL protocol which belongs exclusively to the selected Bank, which takes over the payment in full and notifies OIKADE when it is completed.

7.Returns & Cancellations of e-shop orders - guarantees

7.1.      Within 24 hours from the moment an online order is placed, the customer can request its cancellation by sending a message to OIKADE's online order management department:

Within this period, the order will be cancelled.

7.2.      After the delivery of the e-shop order, the customer has the right to return the products, exactly in the condition in which they were received, by sending a relevant statement within 14 calendar days of delivery, to the address: OIKADE, 86 Idomeneos & 44 Ikarou, Ilion PO 131 22 or by e-mail at This email address is being protected from spambots. This right cannot be exercised for goods manufactured according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized for the specific customer (e.g. furniture painted or dressed in the color of your choice or a lamp that is not in stock and was manufactured after you ordered it and so on). Also, for reasons of hygiene, sleeping pillows, mattresses, mattresses, etc. that have been unsealed after delivery are not returned.

Electronic orders with payment method "deposit to bank account" must be paid within (3) working days from the day of the order. If the payment time elapses, the order is automatically cancelled.

Shipping costs for the return of the products are borne by the customer. Returned products must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of payment. OIKADE will provide you with all possible assistance to fulfill the terms of the warranty that accompanies your product, at no charge to you. This is regardless of the out-of-warranty maintenance services, which we can provide on a case-by-case basis at the applicable charge.

7.3.      If a product is defective or does not fully satisfy you, please contact OIKADE's customer service department first by e-mail at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The customer service department will record your problem and, if required, will advise you of the product return procedure.

We recommend that you check carefully, at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, etc.). In case you find a defect, you must contact our online store immediately after delivery on the same day or the next working day.

The OIKADE has towards you all the obligations provided for in the Civil Code for the seller. In particular, in the event of a defect in the product we sell you, you may (a) request its repair at no cost to you or its replacement unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate costs, (b) request a reduction of the price and (c) withdraw, unless it is a minor actual defect. The above obligations do not apply if the defect has been caused by you, or by force majeure in the strict or broad sense.

8.Cookies

OIKADE may collect identifying information about the users of its website using appropriate technologies, such as cookies. 9.Payment Methods

To pay for your order you can use one of the following payment methods.

The payment methods we provide are:

- Payment in cash at the store.

NOTE Amounts of 500€ and above should only be paid by deposit/transfer or credit/debit card charge.

When you place an order and choose to pay by deposit, we hold the products for you until payment is complete. In case of non-payment of the order within 3 working days the order will automatically be cancelled.

Note: In the case of an interbank transaction (deposit to one of our accounts from a different bank), any related costs will be borne entirely by you, the originator. Also, in this case there may be a slight delay in the realisation of the transaction.

2) PAYMENT BY CARD (CREDIT/DEBIT/PREPAID)

The payment of the amount of your order can be made directly, easily and safely, with any card such as Mastercard, Visa.

If you choose to pay with Mastercard, Visa credit cards there is the possibility of individual instalments and more specifically:

For purchases from 501€ and above up to 12 interest-free installments.

During the process of purchasing products using a credit card, your personal information is not stored or disclosed in our online store, but is transferred exclusively to the issuing Bank and is protected in accordance with the legislation on personal data protection and the privacy policy of the issuing Bank.

The credit card will be charged upon the execution and dispatch of your order from our store.

3) PAYMENT IN THE STORE

10.Dispute Resolution
