Ι SASSI: DESIGN EXPERIENCE The amalgamation of forms, materials, and the distinct identity of Matera culminates in the I Sassi Collection by Timothee Studio. Drawing inspiration from the Sassi of Matera, renowned for its limestone—a soft sedimentary rock sculpted over centuries by water and eroded by wind—this collection features soft, organic lines. Comprising various combinable elements, the collection is meticulously designed to foster conversation while providing comfort during intimate domestic moments. This project includes "special" versions that may function cohesively or as individual sculptural pieces, such as daybeds, sofas, and modular elements, offering infinite configurations that can be further enhanced with optional components. Notably, the I Sassi collection features four types of coffee tables available in white lacquered, walnut, or pink lacquered finishes. These tables display a stark contrast with their square and rational forms against the round, harmonious shapes of the upholstered modules, allowing for both individual use and integration into an evocative interlocking system.
