The Clessidra table and coffee table collection was conceived by Paolo Vernier, the founder and president of Midj, and was introduced to the market in 2019. This collection features a diverse range of four coffee tables, each varying in size to cater to different spatial requirements and aesthetic preferences. The design reflects a harmonious blend of functionality and elegance, making it a versatile addition to any living space.

The Clessidra table has garnered significant recognition in the design community, receiving a special mention at the 2021 German Design Award and achieving third place at the Edward Haimsohn Design Award in 2019. Its distinctive and timeless aesthetic allows for a variety of configurations, enabling customization to meet individual furnishing needs. Notably, the base can be designed in two-tone options, and the connecting ring between the two base elements can be tailored by selecting from a range of metal finishes available in the materials catalog.
